How a Writer's Brain Works

I have an Amish manuscript nearly ready for publishing (it's close!), and a Coming-of-Age manuscript waiting for edits and rewrites, but all I can think about is THIS series! The writer's quirky brain strikes again. Always looking at the next new project. Stay tuned!

The Finishing Line Celebrated!

A fun tradition my husband does for me once I finish a manuscript is to print out the novel. I place the manuscript in a notebook and create a cover for the story.

It's wonderful to see the story in print! Here's the latest novel I just finished. I'm looking forward to seeing Falling Off the Belief published!

With winter sending a blast of polar air through Ohio this year, it's easy to see why Amish and Mennonite folk take to the roads and head to Florida!

Pinecraft, near Sarasota, is the place to be if you're a member of a Plain group. This article from the Herald-Tribune gives a glimpse into this quaint southern village.

I'm tempted to join the Amish folk and escape, at least a part, of bitter winter's cold this year. A whirl around the block on a bike would be a refreshing change!
