I've been told that "Spirit-filled Catholic churches" exist and that many Catholics are Christian - Yet, hmmm. I have to be honest - that's not what I've seen. They pray to Mary and the "saints" and they confess their sins to the priest who forgives their guilt. Little or no mention is ever made of Jesus and His sufficient sacrifice. They exalt their rituals and traditions and believe their "good works" will get them into heaven, or that they are going to heaven because God sees they are good people.
